The nearby local café across the street serves a really good breakfast, particularly their milk soup with egg, a good discovery!

Check-in took an unusually long time due to only one staff member managing the desk, made the arrival process quite frustrating.

The hotel's staff is very professional.

Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and well-maintained, the location was marvellous in a privileged neighbourhood in Armenia near the centre city. Respectful and affable staff made the experience here nice! The bathroom was clean and the room itself reasonably spacious and huge. Location: the venue was so close to the high alpine region national parks and Malinzales and Pereira as well as the center.

The location near major attractions provides easy access to local highlights. The pool area has a nice vibe, great for unwinding after a long day.

Check-in was a slog, taking an hour with only one person at the front desk. The room setup was inconsistent, with only two towels for three occupants, and missing amenities like complimentary water and an ironing board. The phone only worked after a bellman activated the Wi-Fi, raising safety concerns with unlocked windows on the 9th floor. Blinds lacked safety cords for children, and the hot water was barely lukewarm when showering.

The clean pool was awesome 🏊‍♀️ The room was quiet, but the spa facilities were all turned off and the pool was kinda cold. Check-in was a bit slow too.

This hotel must think they are doing me a favor! Check-in took an eternity, only one person at the front desk, and my room was missing towels. I expected complimentary water, but instead got nothing. I nearly gave this place a good review, but of course, the hot water was merely lukewarm. Disgraceful!

No bells, no whistles, just facts

The breakfast buffet was excellent. And shops and coffee spots nearby added to the convenience. A lovely park next door was perfect for morning strolls. Highly recommended!
